debi A. Ross (yes, that’s a lower case “d”)
debi has been a member of the Orland Park Rotary club since 2004 and held the office of President in 2012. While a member of the Orland Park Club, debi served as Club Secretary, Treasurer, Community Service Chair and the club’s one and only Centennial Float Chair. She partnered with other members to introduce EarlyAct and Interact to the Club. While President she was awarded District President of the Year. In 2014 debi served as District 6450 Membership Chair and was awarded Rotarian of the Year. Her role as District Governor begins July 1, 2019 and concludes June 30, 2020. Most recently, debi has created empowerLEADERS, a morning of Leadership, Mentorship and Scholarship for High School Seniors, College Students, and returning learners, to showcase Rotary’s message of leadership for and empowerment of young people.

In 1997 debi struck out on her own with the creation of Inside Looks and Special Looks. Inside Looks is an al-a-carte design firm. debi and her team provide residential, commercial, healthcare, institutional and contract interiors. Her company provides furnishings, draperies and accessories as well as remodeling and construction services for clients in the Chicagoland area, Southwest Michigan, Southeast Wisconsin, Arizona and Florida. Inside looks has been recognized as one of the Top Ten design firms for the Arlington Heights design center and was recently recognized by LUXlife (a digital luxury lifestyle publication) as a “Leading Designer for 2019”. HOUZZ has recognized Inside Looks for outstanding customer service.
debi coordinates the Art and Environment Committee at St. Francis of Assisi in Orland Park where she has also served on the Parish Pastoral Council, Bereavement Committee and Human Concerns Commission, and created the Catholic Charities at St. Francis Committee. debi has been recognized by Monsignor Boland for her work with Catholic Charities and was awarded the Bishop Quarter Award by Francis Cardinal George. She is also a member of the Lumen Cordium Society of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
In 2017 debi served as the President of the Orland Park Chamber of Commerce. She has served as a Chamber Ambassador, was the Chairwoman of the Ambassadors Committee, an Ambassador of the Year and Member of the Year. debi has also been a member of BNI, The Connection Network and is an Honorary member of the Orland Park Kiwanis Club. She is a 22-year resident of Orland Park.
